Basic principles of color printing ink distribution
Release Time:2019-11-22 Clicks:

The color box printing factory is indispensable for ink. The ink deployment is also the first step in printing. The ink is properly deployed, which plays a key role in the quality of color box printing. The Shenzhen Jingxing Printing Factory according to He Yu Printing After years of understanding of color box printing and ink deployment, I have talked about ink debugging.

1.Dark print

Light-toned printing refers to the need to mix the required ink slightly thicker than the color sample according to the color of the sample, and then reduce the amount of ink when printing the color box, so that the thickness of the ink layer can be more conveniently processed to reach the color sample Requirements, we should understand that the same ink, different thickness will also produce different visual effects, in the color box printing, the principle should be more thin should not be thick.

2. Use less ink of different colors

According to the color subtractive method, when the ink is formulated, the more types of colorants are used, the darker the color of the formulated ink. Therefore, try to use the least variety of colorants to maintain the brightness of the ink color. Also, make good use of black and white ink. In any ink, the addition of black ink will darken the ink color, and the addition of white ink will reduce the saturation of the ink color.

3. Grasp the change of the ink before and after drying

The hue of the same ink before and after drying will change, especially for screen printing inks. When you are printing, you may feel that the color value of the ink is similar to the color of the sample, but remember that the ink will change slightly before and after drying, which requires special attention.

4. Determine the required main ink according to the proportion of ink

Any color has its own composition. After we get the sample, we should first roughly observe to determine what color is its main color, and then adjust it according to the main color. For example, for orange hue, we will use the red Y value to match. In CMYK, naturally, we will use Y as the main color and M as the auxiliary color. For gray, we will first use white ink and then add black humor to match .
